We have a 7-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, you first need to submit a return authorization request to us at: "firstname.lastname@example.org" and include the reason for your return. The item(s) must be unused and in their original condition and packaging with tags still attached. We do not accept returns for underwear.
To complete your return, email us at: "email@example.com" and write "Return Authorization Request" in the subject line. Once we have received and reviewed your return request we will issue you a return authorization code.
We reserve the right to refuse a return that is not in its original condition and/or appears to be worn. We also reserve the right to refuse a return if it has been sent after 7-days from day of receipt.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and delivery confirmation. We strongly encourage you to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and only if a replacement is available. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: "email@example.com"
The recipient must follow the same policy for regular returns. We will issue a refund to the original payment for the gift.
